"By the time I got to my room , around 7:40 pm , I didn’t receive the email with the password for my room so I went to the front desk for help , the guy he wasn’t a front desk agent he was a security guy who barely knew what he was doing , not his fault though , but I couldn’t get to my room till 8:30 ish which is not possible as check in time is before that , door should have been accesible since check in time not after that . "

Walls are thin so noise does filter through a bit, shower water takes a few minutes to heat up but overall had a good stay. Close proximity to shopping centres and restaurants in Polanco. "

The only issue i had was with some.basic stuff like garbage bags, which i had to ask for every night, or the extra towels or blankets and sheets i needed for the sofa bed.
