"We arrived at 5:00 PM to check in and were directed by reception to Room 302, only to be told by a cleaner that the room wasn’t ready and that we would need to wait. Check in begins at 3:00 PM.
Eventually, reception assigned us a different room, but when we got there, the door was already open, which felt unusual and concerning.
Unfortunately, the condition of the room was unacceptable: The bed frame was broken at both ends, with pieces lying on the floor. There were puddles of water next to the bed, along with long hairs on the floor and even on the shower wall. The sink counter also had a noticeable hole in it.
To make matters worse, the room was advertised on Expedia as having air conditioning, which was a key reason we booked it...but it did not work. No remote or function to turn it on.
We had booked this room simply to store our luggage, rest, and take a shower before our flight. However, given the state of the room and bathroom, we didn’t feel comfortable doing any of those things. We ended up leaving early and spending our time elsewhere until our flight.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. Would not recommend"
