"Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Geneve fue muy buena. Desde antes de nuestra llegada, el personal fue muy atento y amable, tanto en la comunicación por correo electrónico como durante toda nuestra estancia. El hotel está ubicado en una propiedad histórica que data de 1907, y hospedarse allí resulta una experiencia muy interesante, ya que prácticamente se siente como estar dentro de un museo. La propiedad conserva muchísimo encanto, está muy bien cuidada y, en general, todo se mantiene limpio y ordenado. El único aspecto que considero que podría mejorar es el buffet de desayuno. Durante nuestra estancia, las opciones fueron muy similares todos los días y me hubiera gustado encontrar una mayor variedad, especialmente de alimentos más saludables. La ubicación es excelente y muy céntrica, con fácil acceso a transporte público, restaurantes, tiendas y muchos otros servicios. Como punto a considerar, al encontrarse en una zona tan activa, puede escucharse algo de ruido en las habitaciones, por lo que quizá no sea la mejor opción para quienes necesitan silencio absoluto para descansar. En general, sí recomiendo el Hotel Geneve. Es una propiedad con mucha historia y personalidad, cuenta con un personal sumamente atento y cumple con lo que ofrece."

"Staff was excellent. Room was big and spacious. Everything near by. Access to bus and subway station. Close to Angel de la Independencia, monumento a la Revolution, Bellas artes and Chapultepec. The only thing was the bathroom didn't have water most of the time and we have to add water with a bucket."
