"Room bedsheets were dirty and old and ran down. Wish they had better entertainment in the theater versus always having to go to the Rio party. Rooms are definitely outdated. Staff is excellent very helpful .Everybody was really nice overall I think I’d try them again once they do the renovations hoping things are better."

"We had a great time at Temptation from start to finish, the shuttle to and from the hotel was on time and the drivers were very friendly, the hotel in general was very clean, food was excellent, the drinks were really good, the service from everyone there is just incredible, everyone is always willing and ready to help with any requests you may have. We also liked the fact that the people selling the memberships for the hotel were not very pushy (at least to us). We would like to mention a few people that made our vacation extra special: Mitchell (Concierge/ membership sales advisor), Leo (breakfast waiter), Aldo (Steak House' waiter), All the entertainment team, (they are just the best), especial thanks to Deli (Entertainment Team) who, every day took her time to come and talk to us (Los Colombianos). "This is a really nice hotel that provides you with everything you need to make your stay super comfortable. Staff is great and is always ready to help you. One minor inconvenience was the check in process as it took us quite some time; but aside from that, everything was nice. The pools are very clean. I did not get an opportunity to try their restaurants, but they looked very nice and offered plenty of variety of foods. I did have the breakfast and it was simply delicious. Buffett-style with lots of options. Parking and check-out process was amazing. I really recommend this hotel if you want a budget friendly option and high quality service. "
