"The staff were amazing and very accommodating! From the rooms down to the landscaping, everything was clean and tidy. The rooms are comfortable and very cozy. Everything you need and want for a resort. We booked two different resorts so we could compare, and just arrived to the second resort “Majestic Elegance” and are already wanting to go back to Villa Palmar. 😑"

"We had a great stay. We chose a swim up room and it was great. You saw staff cleaning throughout. We saw that there was a jacuzzi at the spa and booked it but it was not a jacuzzi at all just a lukewarm pool that was disappointing. Overall stay was great and food and service was great. Had only one issue with an older bartender at the sports bar he was not nice to many of the patrons. Other than that I would definitely recommend. "
