" One complaint was the TV, it needs to be updated. Only a few American channels which I understand. It would have been nice to be able to watch Netflix or something. Checking in was no problem. We just felt the communication about the package we had could have been explained better. Need more chairs by the pool. If you don’t get down very early at least 8am, you will be disappointed trying to get a spot by the pool. The beach is the same. Definitely need more seating. I think being a 5 star resort you shouldn’t have to worry about trying to find a spot to relax. Staff was very friendly and very helpful with anything we needed. "

"The property is very nice and in great condition. The staff is also wonderful. We were privileged and we ate at the Beloved and Wendy & Miguel (manager) were the best and they made our vacation so enjoyable. They work very hard and always greet you with a smile. I would definitely come back to this resort again. We have also stayed at Catalonia Maroma which is also very nice but I do like this one better. "

"Garza Blanca was a great choice. Clean and modern. Food and drinks were good. Room was spacious and inviting. Any concern we had was addressed (thank you Santamaria) and most employees were friendly and helpful. We came for our son’s birthday celebration and he was pleased. "

"Great stay at TRS! They offered us a complimentary room upgrade for our anniversary. We stayed at the loft 2 story room with the jetted tub. Everything was wonderful! From the service to the drinks 10/10. Best restaurants was the La Blanca, Poseidon and La Adelita Mexican restaurant is a must. Highly recommend this hotel for an amazing memorable experience ❤️❤️"
