From the heated toilets with built in bidets to the amazing stone jacuzzis, from the fantastic hammocks to the pool lounge chairs and umbrellas, absolutely no expense was spared here. If you want an all inclusive with gourmet food and fantastic attentive service, look no further than Hotel Mousai."

"The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. We only had the chance to try one restaurant, Caracol, and the food there was very good. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the buffet very much. The dining area was quite small, very hot, and there were often long lines. There was also a strong sulfur smell around the property, possibly due to the seaweed. We travel to Mexico frequently, and compared to other resorts, the food was not one of the highlights of this hotel. The beach area is rather small, and the music around the pool was extremely loud. However, it was still a nice place to relax on the beach. The water was much darker than at other resorts we have visited. The resort also felt somewhat crowded and compact. We did not like the restaurant reservation system since it is not available through the app. This makes it difficult to get reservations, especially if you are staying for only a short time. On a positive note, the evening shows were very good and entertaining, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay."

"Property was super clean and suite was very spacious. Some Restaurants are closed throughout days of the week so need to plan accordingly. Staff was very friendly even in passing. I felt this resort is great if you have kids. Very kid oriented and friendly. Lots of excursions offered and in the area."

"WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy."
