"Our stay was great specially because we were traveling with my whole family ages from 2 yrs old 4 yrs old 13 yrs old 17 yrs old and my husband and my kids loved it, my husband and I usually stay at Mia reef but it was so hard for them to get them to accommodate our family of 6 and plus it was way more pricey then ixchel all though they are not all inclusive with food it was ok for us because we liked going out and eating around the town. The place is really nice staff always greeted us, the beach area was clean and they always made sure that if no one was using chairs that they were cleaning up towels so others could have a chair. Thy had floats for adults and kids and sand toys that kids could use. First come first serve. The the restaurant in the hotel was delicious food was amazing. I would definitely go back. Needless to say I will not be going back to Mia reef there you pay for the beach the hotel is outdated and the food is the same every single day the Buffett same thing every single day it gets old after the 2nd day and that is also why we made the decision to not stay there and we are so happy we made the decision with ixchel. Beds are super soft. Also the restaurant on we stayed had a stove fully stocked microwave everything we needed. 2 rooms and they also brought us a crib for my 2 yr old so it was a great stay."

"We really enjoyed the free Zama beach club access daily with padded chair and umbrella right on a beautiful stretch of beach (a very short walk from hotel). The free breakfast was a great way to try an authentic meal that we wouldn’t have otherwise —the chilaquiles were delicious. The hotel was a great low cost choice."

"I am very afraid of any insect and they crawl the bed at midnight, they don’t bite but they are there , i didn’t take a pic bit is not a croach , more like little beetles rice grain size , I was expecting some bugs because the ceiling is palm leaves you get to enjoy the most spectacular and beautiful beach , the sister hotel is across the street and is were the food is served , you’ll have sun beds and umbrellas included , playa norte"
