"I love the resort, everything about it met my expectations and more. The only problem I had which was annoying, was that every night when i went back to my room, I had to go back to the help desk to reset my key card because I could not get back in. Mind you i kept it away that could demagnetize it."

"I had the most fabulous time at this resort, this hands down is one of the best all inclusive resorts that I've ever been to. From the level of service, to the food quality, the huge variety of restaurants, cafes, and lounges, and even the onsite nightclub, there's something here for everyone. Also the rooms are huge, I originally had booked the lowest tier room and even that felt like a spacious suite, midway through my stay the hotel graciously upgraded my room to a swim out suite which was even more fabulous. Also had a chance to experience their spa and the hydrotherapy facilities and massages were first class. I was initially worried about the sargassum issue that's happening this summer, but thankfully the northern part of quinta roo area is not affected and the beaches and waters were crystal blue and clean. I wish I could give higher stars and recommend anyone to book here for their next vacation. My partner and I cannot wait to come back!"

"Family friendly, staff is extremely kind and helpful. Only drawback is food options limited, and rooms are outdated. No seafood options unless you pay, haven't seen that in most all inclusive resorts. Pool clean, beach filled with seaweed and maybe they can clean up seaweed a bit more often, had minimal entertainment. Overall good rating"

"Check In is fast but the resort is at full capacity is room were late, unclean, and not nice view location. None of the perks were acknowledge nor offer until a flood of complaints about the room escalated to manager level. Nevertheless, this is a nice resort with great restaurants and resort amenities. The beach here is not nice so it is definitely not for beach lovers"

"This is the best trip ever! Peaceful, relaxed environment. Time felt slow for the first time and enjoyed every moment of this trip. The food, the room, the staff, everything was amazing. Will definitely be coming back here to get away from busy life:) loved it here"
