"Had a nice time in Cancun. Property highlights are the balcony - amazing view of the ocean. Overall nice layout of the space. Washing machine was a bonus. Beach towels were great but personal towels were worn and used. One towel had red dye all over it and we opted not to use it. Downstairs air conditioner works well but upstairs was warm. We had to use the small fan in the upstairs bathroom as a result. Lastly, the mattress in the upstairs bedroom is very firm. Unsure if it needs to be replaced...

"I had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was perfect - to say the least. The condo was clean, had amazing views and it was close to many restaurants as well as a grocery store. The condo was well equipped with everything we could have needed including pots and pans. The communication with the owner and check-in process was easy to follow. I would highly recommend this property. It is a bit loud outside until late at night, since the condo is located at the heart of the party zone....

"The location was nice. Right there on the beach and with easy access to it. The communication with the owner was terrible, I had to wait for 30 minutes even tough I told her that I was going to be there ahead of time. The whole building was not in great conditions. The access the bedroom was code based and it didnt always work properly. I regret renting the place."

"The views are amazing! This building is stepped back from the buildings next to you so your view is blocked somewhat. You are also up very high so watching the surf is very limited. Straight out you can see forever,very beautiful. The property was clean,beds were comfortable There is construction next door that is loud. All and all we enjoyed our stay,thank you."

"Checked in at 5pm and there were still people cleaning the unit. So we awkwardly had to wait in the corner while they finished. Room was still very dirty, sand was EVERYWHERE, all over the floors in every single room. No hand soap in my bathroom. Shower was very neglected. Guards were unfriendly, would sit and watch us try to open the gate instead of helping. Didn't offer any help carrying luggage up stairs. Also, a bit difficult to find. The addresses given don’t lead to the right places/...

"Location is on a nice quiet road off the main hustle and bustle. House is super clean and the people respond very quickly and the location is in the middle of the island which is convenient for getting anywhere so I would rent a cart."
