"Great little restaurant attached to the hotel. Big pool. Property manager was very informative and helpful. It was located far away from many Cancun activities so that was a logistical issue. A/C and ceiling fan did not work properly. "

"The place was difficult to find, in an alley way that felt very sketchy. When we got to the place, there was no proper reception table, just a table and a guy sitting there. He asked ME what room I am in - I said I don't know, shouldn't you be telling me this? Eventually he told me my room, and the key was in a lock box, so we needed to return it ourselves. My father-in-law's room was leaking under the sink - he had to put towels under to absorb the water. When he complained, nothing was done...

"Sceptic door in bathroom at times very strong. Cooking utensils very cheap and went black with use of propane stove. But the location worked well for me and the outdoor common area was lovely.Property contact very responsive to tequests"

Condo is listed for 6, but 4 people would be more comfortable since there’s only one small bathroom. Bed in master was a bit firm for our taste, but that’s just preference.
