It was very nice resort with beautiful scenery. The junior suite was very spacious. All the restaurants I ate at were great and my favorite was duke seafood because of the delicious food and provided nice view of the pool as well! The pool area was nice also with two swim up bars for family and adults sections that i used both. The staff were great and also went above and provided me with my coco loco drink :) I enjoyed my 3 night stay and looking forward to returning next year!

This was my best resort experience for both I and my family . It was great food , nice staff . Lottsss of drink and variety. Pools are nice and safe depth for children. The water park was great . Everyone felt included

An excellent hotel; it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The staff, across the board, were very, very good. the bartender at the pool, were exceptional with my family. We had a great time at the Surf & Turf restaurant. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is so beautiful and well maintained. All the staffs were courteous and helpful. My child is very picky with food. Even when I asked for something that’s not on the menu, they really tried their best to give it to us. They went above and beyond to give us the best service, and made our vacation a memorable one.

Resort was well maintained and close to the beach. The staff were very friendly. The restaurants were good as well with some decent variety. It was hard to get money if you wanted to tip the staff. Only thing I didn't like was the gift shop where the prices were outrageous. ($40 USD for a bottle of sunscreen) I would still recommend this place to friends. It was about an hour away from the Cancun airport so you will need a taxi or transfer service.

Great service, amazing food, and incredibly friendly staff. This was truly a luxurious vacation experience! The beach was beautiful, and Jorge provided amazing service. Daniel, our bartender, was also fantastic. I absolutely love this place and will definitely come back again. The only thing I would avoid is visiting during seaweed season. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

We stayed at the finest from Aug.21-29 And we had an amazing experience Overall i have nothing bad good experience and we really enjoyed our time A family of 4 and lots of stuff to do for the kids wnd whole family The kids loved the kids club, and more so they fell in love with the warm care from the staff at the kids clubs: Salam, Christina, Jaanai and all the care takers i forgot some if their names. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful 10/10

This was a repeat visit for me. My husband and I were at this property 10 years ago and loved it so we came back again with the kids. I didn’t realize it then, there are a LOT of of kids there. Finest does a great job of accommodating my kids. The family room was perfect for our family of 4.I do remember the food being a little bit better back then ( but 2 of the restaurants are under construction). I didn’t find the area of the water park until the day before last. They could have done a better job at orienting us the first day. All and all loved it and will be back with the kids. But if it were just my husband and I would just do excellence resort.

The staff worked hard every day to keep the place beautiful. Everyone was always helpful. The pools were great. Rooms were cleaned regularly. There was a great kid friendly pool area.

Food is amazing, make sure you reserve hibachi. Seems like the property is not crowded where ever you go. Top notch service and people. Beach is amazing, no seaweed at all. We will be back because of the people and food.
