Staying at this hotel is truly an amazing experience. From around noon until after midnight, there are various activities and programs, so you never feel bored. Most of the events have a sexy and playful theme, but they don’t create any discomfort for guests; everyone can enjoy them in whatever way they feel comfortable. The buffet food was average and acceptable, but the restaurant meals were truly excellent. It seems the hotel underwent a major renovation less than 10 years ago, but in my opinion, it could use another update, as some areas of the hotel and the rooms feel quite outdated.

We had an Ocean view suite which was beautiful and cleaned every day, it was our anniversary so they have is champagne everyday, breakfast is buffet style and you have a great selection. The restaurants are great some require reservations but there are two buffets and there are little restaurants throughout the property that serves burgers, hotdog's, sushi and pizza. Pool party starts about 1-2pm until the pool closes at 7pm and then the theme party starts at 10pm-2wm. There's a party everyday

This was an extremely last minute booking. Our Hawaii trip got canceled due to severe flooding on Oahu & we were packed & ready to go somewhere warm. This place was awesome! Jones at Sutra & Raphael providing pool entertainment were the best! Every restaurant was as good as the other. Food was awesome. Sun was great. Staff 10/10. We will be back.

The room was clean, but did have a musty smell at times. Our bathroom door came off the hinge, but maintenance was quick to fix it once I notified the front desk. Our room had a view of the quiet pool. The staff were all friendly, amazing and work hard. Just to name a few that were awesome (Jones - Sutra, Ivan - breakfast, Aldo - Flame and Abdiel at the Expedia desk). These 4 gentlemen were awesome. Always have a great time and this resort and will definitely be back.
