"Katy and Vanessa were fantastic! Katy checked us in and showed us personally all the details of the room and property with a keen attention to detail. Vanessa helped us with our questions during our stay and checked us out. They were both so amazing and when we return we hope to see them both again. The property is lovely and is in a percent location close to everything but quiet and peaceful. We will stay here again when we return."

"Initially we booked another hotel in Islas Mujeras, only to find out a week before our trip that it closed down for renovations. That hotel re-booked us at another hotel that was subpar (rude staff, small, crowded). After a long day of back and forth with Expedia, we were finally rebooked at Almare, a Luxury Collection Resort. From the second we walked into the open-air lobby to the second we left on a private ferry back to Cancun we were impressed. The staff went above and beyond to welcome us. Every one of the staff were friendly and treated us well. The room was beautiful, The pool was immaculate. The food was delicious. They offer several local tours which I highly recommend participating in. If you are looking for a quiet getaway and to be treated like royalty, this is the place!"

"We recently stayed at Nabalam Suite Room Pros: Clean room housekeeping came everyday to clean our room steps to the beach Free basic breakfast Cold ac Clean towels everyday Walking distance to many restaurants Walking distance to Hidalgo Street Felt safe Cons: Old old outdated room was not happy Loud music into the night Weak shower Room smelled very old and stale my nose would get stuffed every night. Drawers provided for clothes smelled horrible and old. Beds are horrible. One of the bed mattresses has coil springs coming out! Dips into the middle. All three bed mattresses need replacing. They are hard!!!! Felt like the flinstones bed rock. Our bodies were sore everyday from the mattresses. Our friends stayed at the master suite (rooms 9 & 11). This is where we will be staying for the future. That room is very well updated with modern furniture. The bed is hard though. I don’t know what it is out in Isla but every Airbnb and Hotel have horrible mattresses All in all I would go again for the convenience of steps to the beach and walking distance to places."
