"My friend and I had an amazing stay at TRS Coral Hotel and would absolutely return! Our room was beautiful with a stunning ocean view — waking up to that turquoise water was such a treat. The pool area was clean and spacious, with plenty of sunny spots as well as shaded areas to relax. While you can’t see the ocean directly from the pool because of the greenery, it’s just a short walk to the beach, which is gorgeous, very clean, and has the softest sand. We also loved the fun beachside bar with swings! A huge thank you to our butlers, Mel and Daniela, who truly elevated our trip. They made all of our dinner reservations, checked in daily, sent us the activity schedule, and even decorated our room beautifully for our birthdays. Their attentiveness made everything feel effortless and special. Dining was a highlight — El Gaucho was our absolute favorite (I could have eaten there every night!). Teppanyaki was also such a fun experience. We enjoyed the quieter nightlife vibe, relaxing at Aqua late night and having pre-dinner drinks at the Sky Lounge with gorgeous rooftop views. The silent disco was definitely one of our favorite activities! Overall, a beautiful resort with wonderful service, great food, and a relaxing yet fun atmosphere. Highly recommend!"

"We booked Privilege Master Suite for sale price. We arrived late so no butler on duty. Checkin in the Privilege lounge was easy but would’ve been nice to been greeted by our butler. There’s no food choices between 10 & 11 PM except room service but were not aware of room service so we waited for the late night menu at Margarita to start at 11 PM - service was slow and food was not great. We met our butler Emilio the next AM. he booked dinner resos for us and our group that arrived that day. He arranged for coffee to be delivered to our room each AM & took care of robes/beach bag that were missing from the room. He was very friendly and helpful, gave us an update every morning on what was happening at the resort. Our friends had a different butler and did not get the same service. We tried all restaurant options during our stay. The food was good to great and Service was great with a couple exceptions. The French was Our favourite. We had lunch delivered to the beach, ate at the Privilege restaurant, Pez Dama and Ocean Burger and all were good. The room was new & clean, the beach is gorgeous. All the staff were friendly and helpful, special mention to Bettyana in lobby bar and Salvador at beach who kept us well ‘hydrated’. The staff hustle and any issues with service are due to being understaffed. Overall a great experience in a beautiful location."
