This place is amazing if your looking for a quiet romantic spot away from Cancun. The staff is incredibly nice, always available through WhatsApp. Quick and friendly service. This was the third resort I've stayed at on the island, and it is was my best experience to date. The resort consists of 6 very unique rooms. This allowed for an intimate and personable experience. It was a bit tricky getting into the area. So from the cancun airport you will need to take a taxi or bus to the Puerto Juarez. Then u will need to get a ferry to get to the island with is where the resort is at. But other then that everything else was great.

The condos are right on Playa Norte, the best beach on the island. And just a stroll away from Hidalgo street, where all the restaurants are located. Very friendly and helpful staff. We rented a 2 bedroom condo and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would do it again!

Beautiful and elegant. The staff were amazing, food and beverages were a delight. The room was gorgeous, bed and linens so comfy. Quiet and relaxing. The spa was wonderful, massage was just perfect.

Just a heads-up, the walk from the ferry can be quite long, so I’d suggest arranging for a golf cart in advance. This is a hidden gem. . .The hotel itself is quite beautiful, with simplicity and cleanliness. The staff is very hospitable without being overbearing. Renting a golf cart is essential but so easy, the hotel had a number of them available. Driving into town by the back route is completely pleasant. My boyfriend and I could not recommend this resort enough. We were greeted by Christian at the door with a glass of champagne and cool towel. Then his fellow bellman Mex showed us to our room with our bags. Where he explained every detail of the resort and where everything was located in the resort. Beautiful property, quiet, good service, decent food, well made drinks unlike many other resorts that use nasty tasting ingredients. Also not the place for the college crowd, thankfully.

Everything about the property was wonderful. The staff, leadership, and employees COULD NOT have been nicer and more helpful. Food was the best I've had at an all-inclusive. The only thing about it that wasn't perfect was the bar drinks - the mixes tasted cheap and the drinks were not strong. That being said, the service MORE than made up for a very minor issue. If the drinks matched the rest - this place would be HEAVEN!

Everything an all-inclusive, adults only resort should be. Very attractive modern facility. Nice elegant restaurant choices. Very friendly and attentive staff. All the food and drink you could want at all times of the day. No worries about tipping (we did some anyway). Definitely the best resort I have ever stayed at, food so good, very clean, staff so nice.

Enjoyed my stay immensely. The bed was the most comfortable in my two months of travel throughout Central America. Shower and bathroom was very clean and the room was spacious and also spotless.
