One of the owners is a chef and most definitely knows what she is doing. We felt like family while we were there. The property is beautiful and feels like home. "We only stayed at the Mansion Giahn for one night, but Joseph and his staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The place itself is very unique in the architecture and I thought it was very pretty. It is located somewhat off the beaten path, so there aren't many food options around. However, Eduardo took my husband to a local taco stand to get us dinner, which was very gracious of him. It's not the Ritz, but it's not meant to be either. Still had a good stay!"
