Sandra and Andrea hosts were amazing. So helpful and wonderful communication. Felt more like family friends! Facility was clean and well presented. Great location , easy access to downtown and Hotel Zone, ferry, banks, restaurants and supermarkets. Would stay again without heditation

The level of service was awesome. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The coffee was amazing and the two area where you can have breakfast was a winner for me. I’m traveling often and will book this place again not only because of the price but also because of the atmosphere.

The stay was just as described. The hosts were very attentive and the breakfast was nice. My only complaint would be that the walls were very thin and the guests weren’t very quiet next door. Overall I would stay again though.

Clean and cosy. Not like your regular chain hotel. Fantastic breakfast included. For the price it's a great value - a little outdated, but it didn't bother us. A/C in the room was extremely appreciated. Great if you want to see the real side of Cancun - we walked everywhere on for, but you can take taxi/bus.

Super accueil, facilité de communication et d'accès et chambre bien équipée. Les hôtes sont adorables et très prévenants. Je recommande fortement aux personnes qui souhaitent voir Cancun sous un angle plus local et moins touristique, bien que tout soit accessible en bus, taxi ou même à pieds si on aime marcher.

Idéal pour un séjour d'une nuit sur Cancùn. Tout est très bien indiqué pour arriver. Les lieux sont propres. Il y a plusieurs chambres. Le petit déjeuner parfait et possible en terrasse auprès de la piscine. Le propriétaire parle français est très gentil. À 5/10 min à pied : banques et supermarchés

Boa estadia.

A localizaçao é muito boa. Ótimo custo beneficio. Único ponto negativo é o café da manha,que tem pouca variedade e todo dia é a mesma coisa(café,torrada c margarina,ovos mexidos e frutas picadas. O Andrea é bem antencioso.
