"The food and dining options were great. We really liked all the kids activities they had and the shows each night. The only downside is the fact that this is a smaller resort so there is really not much to walk around or see so keep that in mind if you’re staying longer."

"The rooms were clean all the time Staff was great The beach was beautiful clean clear blue water The kids club was great my daughter enjoyed it We didn’t get a chance to try all the restaurants but we tried the buffet during lunch honestly was disappointing however we tried the breakfast it was amazing from the omelette stations to the crepe station and so many options was great Tried the Italian restaurant the pizza was delicious but the pasta not so great"

"Secrets The Vine Cancun – An Unforgettable, Impeccable Escape From the very first moment we arrived, it was abundantly clear that Secrets The Vine Cancun operates on an entirely different level of hospitality. Ruben, who greeted us at the very beginning of our stay, was nothing less than outstanding and consummately professional — his warmth and attentiveness set an exquisite tone for the entire vacation, and it was evident that genuine care for guests is woven into the culture of this resort. Our personal butler, Sebastian, elevated our experience beyond anything we could have anticipated. He went above and beyond at every conceivable opportunity, anticipating our needs before we even voiced them and ensuring every detail of our stay was seamless, luxurious, and deeply memorable. His thoughtfulness transformed an already beautiful trip into something truly extraordinary. I also have to give a heartfelt and enthusiastic mention to Ceaser , our waiter, whose service bordered on magical. On more than one occasion, he had my mojito perfectly prepared and waiting for me before I had even settled into my seat — an almost uncanny level of attentiveness that left us thoroughly impressed and grateful."

"This was my first experience to an all inclusive resort, and let me tell you I didn’t want to leave. Many bilingual workers to answer any questions, near by you have access to RIU caribe. Which also was a good experience if you want a good time for drinks. Walking distance to street food, vendors for souvenirs, and even a corner store for snacks or emergencies. Food overall is a solid 8 service 10, workers are constantly checking on or refilling your drinks holding the doors. Thank you so much RIU PALACE LAS AMERICAS ! 🇲🇽❤️"
