What could have been a stressful and chaotic situation was handled with exceptional care and professionalism, all thanks to the hotel’s access to a resident doctor. It’s not something you usually think about when booking a hotel, but having medical support on-site turned out to be absolutely critical for us. The doctor arrived quickly, assessed my son’s condition with calm expertise, and provided the necessary first aid before recommending further steps. The staff were incredibly supportive throughout, helping us stay calm and ensuring we had everything we needed. Beyond that, the hotel itself was wonderful—comfortable rooms, attentive service, and great amenities. But what truly sets it apart is its commitment to guest well-being. I can't express how grateful we are for the medical support during such a stressful moment. It’s rare to find a hotel that goes above and beyond in this way. Highly recommended—not just for the comfort, but for the peace of mind they provide. "

"Secrets was a great resort for me and my wife to celebrate our anniversary. No kids really helped at the pool and speaking of cools, they have 3 great pools that are big and comfortable. The restaurants were DELICIOUS! especially the Sea Salt. The staff was super accommodating, friendly and helpful, which is always nice. I would highly recommend this for anyone!"

"My stay here was amazing and everything I needed after working 70 hrs a week all the time . I enjoyed a nice and relax vacation with my fiancée and loved my stay here and stand by the excellence brand . What really surprised me is how pleasant the staff is considering I know how other all inclusive resorts can be. The employees seemed to really enjoy their job and were super polite. I wish we had more sunshine during our stay considering we visited at the end of June but I wouldn’t change a thing about my trip . Would absolutely stay here again food was great lots of different options , gym was state of the art , entertainment was cool , drinks were flowing , and so many activities throughoutthe day . AMAZING place and will definitely come back . "
