"Wonderful service! The manager found us a parking spot each day and left her cell phone every evening for us. Gorgeous old Spanish look to the whole place and quiet at night. Pool chairs could use replacing but otherwise the grounds are well maintained and serene."

"It was a nice, clean, hospitable and lovely place to stay with a nice restaurant. It wasn't as walkable to some of the places around town that I'd hoped, but we still managed, and it was easy enough to grab a cab from anywhere!"

"Beautiful hotel in the best location in Coyoacan. The room was super, great space, clean, very confortable beds, great bathroom and amazing friendly staff. Beautiful interior patio, quiet."

"Check in process was bad. Our room was not ready until 24 minutes after. We travel all night and wanted to rest. There should be more options for the Included Breakfast, there was only a couple items to choose from, all other items had a charge. We love tea but they never refilled it at our room. Staff was under trained but very tried very hard to help out. Location of the hotel is close to the downtown area and our room was always very clean. "
