"The staff is unbelievably kind and responsive. However, the shared bathroom was very small- unless you have 1 of the 2 rooms with private bathrooms- the main reason for 3 instead of 4 stars. It gets cold at night, but the space heater kept the room warm, just make sure to ask for it. The neighborhood is unbeatable with restaurants and first class shopping."
