Everything about the resort was great! The room was very clean and nice! The facility itself was very, very clean. Staff was always cleaning. And the staff were all so, so nice. We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Riu Cancun! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service throughout the resort was excellent. The amenities were great, with beautiful facilities and a fun atmosphere. The food was a highlight, multiple restaurants included in the all-inclusive plan, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, an amazing experience with great hospitality. I would definitely return and highly recommend this resort!
