"I'm from Guadalajara but live in the USA. Every time I visit my family, I choose this hotel because of its amazing location. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Nallely. The rooms are nice and spacious, and the bathroom shower is great. The food at the restaurant is excellent, and the waitres are super friendly. They make you feel welcome like you're at home. There are many hotels in Guadalajara, but I always pick this one. "
