"Host was very unresponsive, checking in was even harder. After finally checking in I reached out to the hostess to inquire about Wi-Fi and there was no response later on after showering. There was no hot water throughout our stay. The host is never answered and just left me on red. It was a horrible experience. I hated this place. nothing was even set up for people to stay here Towels in the floor. Overall terrible experience and I’m leaving sick."

"The appartement is very well located, clean and comfortable. The amenities such as the pool are great (I couldn't try the sauna during my stay). It's a great place, in a safe neighborhood to visit Guadalajara."
