"pool is a little bit low"

"Great for the price. Very affordable and right in the middle of the Zona Romantica. That means it can be a bit loud at night, but I knew that. Night gets loud outside around 11pm and lasdts until 1:30am then is quiet. Not the hotels fault, just the nature of the area. Amazing breakfast each morning from 9am to 11am. Coffee, huevos, and fruit. Made by very kind staff. Would recommend for the thrifty traveller. Wifi not the greatest, a bit spotty but got the job done."

Atmospheric with lots of character, and a view of palm trees from my window. Cool with AC and a powerful fan. Big garden area which is nicely lit at night, with swinging chairs, recliners and a pool. "This property is in an excellent location between Lake Chapala and the town square. The building is beautiful and well maintained. Our room was cleaned with fresh towels daily. Lighting at night could be improved. We appreciated the fresh fruit for breakfast but other choices were sad. Info on local restaurants and events would have been helpful,"
