The location of this hotel was amazing! We stayed in the Junior Suite, which had a huge balcony with one of the most beautiful views. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered incredible scenery from both the room and the balcony. The suite is perfect for families. The balcony features a table with an umbrella, as well as a sun lounger, making it the perfect place to relax and take in the view. It was worth every penny. The restaurant was also excellent. I highly recommend the coconut shrimp they were absolutely delicious. Don't miss the maracuyá margarita, either; it was refreshing and incredibly tasty!

Had a great time staying here. It was right on the beach and so convenient. You could go run to your room and be back in the ocean in 30 seconds. Room was clean and comfortable. Property is no frills but staff was wonderful. You can rent a golf cart and park it right there. You can walk to town in 5 minutes and lots of bars and restaurants. Would 10000% stay again.

I checked in the lady put me in room three and within a half an hour I started hearing hammering and banging and tools being used looked at the front door and in room number two there was a card outside and they were doing some maintenance I went back to the front desk I told her I asked for a different room within an hour and she said she had no rooms available everything was sold out come to find out room number two is where they go in and hang out and it is a staff room.. the employees use that room to go in and out and relax.. The next morning I witnessed the same lady who checked me in knocked on the door to wake up one of the employees so not only the using room two is a employee room but it's also their sleep room how convenient I will never be back and the bartenders and the staff at the restaurant or rather rude watch them not be professional the only thing that makes that resort good is the beach other than that not worth the money!!!! The next morning I checked out and the same way the checked me and didn't even ask me how my stay was this customer service for you

Perfect location directly on the beach. Resturant and bar closes early so no nighttime parties. Do not pay extra for oceanview all rooms are basically oceanview. Alot of sales people do walk around beach to sell local merchandise.

The biggest highlight is the location. The hotel is just steps from Playa Norte, The most beautiful beaches I’ve ever visited. crystal clear calm water & the perfect temperature, the soft white sand made it easy to spend hours relaxing. from our room, we had a partial ocean view rm, we heard the waves all night, so peaceful. But, my biggest concern was the area leading to our room. To reach the staircase, we had to walk past the property’s garbage storage area. It smelled like wet trash, everyday to & from our room. The outdoor rinse-off showers are located across. getting luggage to the rooms:Golf carts cannot go through. you’ll need to walk your luggage over a sandy uneven path.?expect to carry your bags through sand and up the stairs. If your priority is being steps from playa norte,this property delivers.but the cleanliness around the property, the garbage odor & difficult luggage access significantly impacted our experience and kept us from enjoying the stay as much as we had hoped.

view was nice and everything was great, we loved it and would stay again, however, we would love to see free coffee in the room and some grip tape installed on the stairs or something because theyre slick! the water and sand combo gets dangerous on those things. over all. GREAT!
