"this property was very nice for the money all though there were a lot of bugs in the pool and tiles that can cut you in the pool the room itself was nice besides the fact the ac every once in a while shot ice out it was better than other places for that price"

"If I could give zero stars I would. Area has no service, property owner does not send instructions to check in and their number does not work. I had to pay 5x as much for a hotel for the night because there was a big even in town. Terrible experience, ruined my night in tulum completely."

"The staff was amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. Spacious and clean rooms with everything you need. Enjoyed the roof top pool and gym. They also had beach chairs and umbrellas to rent for a small fee. I would highly recommend this place. "
