From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautifully the property is woven into the surrounding jungle, it truly feels like you’re stepping into another world. Waking up to lush greenery and wildlife all around made the experience so unique and unforgettable. Monkeys visited our balcony every day and it was AMAZING! 😍 The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, always warm, welcoming, and attentive. Our room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We had such an incredible vacation and are already dreaming about coming back. This place is pure magic! We will definitely be returning! "

"The staff was really helpful. The food was delicious. Just note in order to get to this resort from the airport you need to take the ferry. Once on the island you can walk 20 minutes. The beach is on the other side about a 5 minute taxi ride. Enjoy! "

"Fantastic week at Dreams. Rooms were spacious, clean and well stocked. Rooms service was quick and staff were so kind and attentive. We particularly enjoyed the non stop fun and activities from sun up to sun down. The activities team was so much fun! À la carte breakfast lunch and dinner without the need for reservations was a huge bonus! Will definitely go back again. "

"First off I want to say that I had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful and the food was amazing. I stayed here with my grandma for a week and we had a blast. I gave the hotel 4 stars because there were a lot of things that could have been better. The first night we checked into our ocean view room and I couldn't see the ocean at all. I was very disappointed especially with the extra cost I paid to have that and to be in an "elite room". Really all I wanted was the ocean view. Luckily I called them and they moved us to the far end and up 2 floors which allowed us to have an actual video so they made that better and I appreciated that. There was a bug problem in the new room however, we had 2 cockroachs and tiny little bugs. We called them and they sprayed the room and got rid of them. Another thing that was odd was the layout of the room, which they had no control over obviously but it was a strange layout if you aren't staying there as a couple. The tub is in the middle of the room and there is no door to have any privacy when you are showering or in the tub. It's not an adults only hotel so that was disappointing. The last riu palace resort we stayed at was absolutely amazing and the room was huge and definitely a better layout. But again, these things were small issues and the hotel worked very hard to fix it. I would stay here again and thought everyone was super nice. "

"We had a garden view room & it was lovely hearing the birds chirping! Palm trees for the view! The staff were always friendly & helpful. The rooms were cleaned by 10:00 daily. The food choices are good & there are many options within walking if you don’t want what’s at the resort. This was our second time staying at Grand Park Royal. "
