"Très beau voyage, hôtel vieux mais propre et bien situé près de tout. Le personnel était vraiment super accueillant et avenant! Le seul bémol, peu de choix resto/buffet et la nourriture très ordinaire."

"The rooms were in excellent shape with a coffee maker and a minibar. Beds superconfortable. Quiet, Clean bathrooms. Nice helpful staff. Except for a few hiccups with the reception girl upon arrival. Later everything went fabulous."

"Very nice resort the only issue that I had was checking in the lines were long and it took forever to get my room. Other than that it was excellent. The food was so good the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Thank you Grand park!"

"Excellent service rapide efficace. Hôtel agréable pour visiter Cozumel. Très bien situé. Stationnement privé à 150 mètre à 10$ par jour. Piscine et vu agréable. Nous avons adoré notre séjour de 2 nuits. Je voyageais avec mon conjoint et ma fille de 3 ans."

"Another up-beat Mexican resort trying to cater to everyone. Staff here is excellent as it is in most places in Cozumel. The ownership is central to one family, which makes a difference in their job satisfaction. I think others had mentioned maybe making the Explorean an adults-only resort. I would agree Fiesta Americana would be the great place for kids."
