Clara Is the best she took great care of us If you want the best snorkeling on the island right outside your door This is the place for turtles stingrays barracuda and thousands of fish No beach club needed Relax older place but well kept and looked after You don’t need a pool Because you have your own ocean pool Had a great time stayed a week will come back many times Chris

This was our second visit to Condumel. We love this place. Very peaceful and quite. We basically had the whole place to ourselves. Carla the manager is awesome along with the room cleaning crew and the security guard during the evening. Rent some scooters and explore the island. We will be back.

Really enjoyed our time here. Very nice and clean condo with superb sunset view. Well kept grounds, great snorkeling right there, and the staff was excellent. Easy walk to town. Frig is stocked with necessities that are refilled each day. AC worked well when needed. The road outside is sometimes noisy but lightens up at night. Loved hanging out on the balcony with the tropical views

The Perfect Getaway

What a fabulous property! The owner, manager and staff went over and above to make our stay comfortable and easy. The condo has absolutely everything you could need and there are no words to describe the magnificent view. I think our maid Sophie could give lessons to the 5 star all inclusive hotels on how to clean…in fact I could use a lesson or two from her 😂. We travel often and have fairly high expectations and Condumel exceeded them. Thank you Bill, Clara, and Sophie! We will definitely be back

Ubicación increíble, con increible acceso al mar y se puede ir a muchos sitios andando. Camas muy cómodas, baño enorme,cocina equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Muy limpio y seguro. La gerente y el personal son muy muy amables.

What a wonderful experience we had at The Condumel! The property is very well maintained and the rooms are spacious and well laid out. Our room was thoroughly cleaned every day. We particularly enjoyed the “magic” refrigerator that never ran out of cold drinks for the duration of our stay. The beach is a good size for this property and the access to the water was very good. Snorkeling was superb. We can’t say enough about Clara and Patty our hosts at the property. They made our stay so enjoyable. We are looking forward to returning.

This is a very special property! It was our first time but met a few couples that come back year after year (I can see why!). The unit is literally right on the water with expansive views of the ocean from every direction. The snorkling right out front was terrific. The Condumel staff treats you like family… had multiple interactions with me before arrival, arranged a covid test for our return to the states, stocked the fridge (for a small fee), cleaned the room with great care and made sure we felt secure and safe in the evenings by having a lovely gentleman work as a night watchman. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer; next time, we will!

This was such a pleasant experience. Quiet. Much better than the rowdy resorts. An easy walk to town for meals. Sara was very accommodating. We were late getting in and she arranged for the night watchman to let us in, even without us being registered.

Our First Visit to Cozumel!

We had a great view from our room and enjoyed our stay. The place is near the town, airport and marina. You can snorkel right in front of the Condo. Taxis are plentiful and provide good service right from the place or anywhere in town. We would recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Cozumel!

Intimate vacation lodging

We love Condumel! We prefer a small property over a huge resort. It isn’t fancy but the rooms are spacious with floor to ceiling windows and we like being able to prepare some of our meals. The snorkeling is excellent right off the shore. Once we arrive and see the awesome views and sunsets, we just don’t want to leave. Our only small complaint would be the unpredictable WiFi. Perhaps it’s a blessing. It’s best to enjoy your vacation and stay off Facebook and email anyway! Sara is always available to assist with information about the island. The staff are friendly and we always feel safe and welcome at Condumel.

The perfect retreat from the hustle of Cozumel

We enjoyed the quiet location and privacy. Although an older building, the suite was spacious and the maid kept the refrigerator stocked daily with essentials which cut down the need for shopping. It was an easy walk into Cozumel, and a cheap taxi ride back with groceries. There are several good restaurants in the north end of Cozumel to walk out to in the evening.

Best place I've ever stayed!

Bill was an amazing! He contacted me as soon as I booked the hotel and asked when I would be arriving. He offered great suggestions on the best ways to get to the condo. I told him it was a romantic night and if we could set up something romantic for my girlfriend and I, he told Patricia and she made an incredibly beautiful set up in the kitchen and bed that made my girlfriend feel very special and surprised. Thanks a million times over!

Unique Spot

The location is very unique, happily we were on the 2nd floor with huge windows giving ocean views during our 7nite stay. Right out front of the property you can carefully enter & exit the ocean via a ladder to snorkel or swim. The staff truly cares and let you know they are there if you have any concerns. It took awhile to get comfy for sleeping but toward the end we did get cotton sheets and figured out how to make the room comfortable for a nights sleep.

Great apartment to rent!

The rooms were clean and well finished. We had a walk out apartment onto the beach which was spectacular. They left us some food and drinks in the room which helped when we arrived. Very close to the city and ALL the staff at Condumel worked hard to make our stay spectacular. This is a quiet well maintained apartment for holiday makers who want to cook, relax and have fun.

Llegamos el domingo, nos recibió una de las personas que cuidan el lugar, al otro día hicimos el check in, sin problemas, la atención fue muy buena, la habitación con cocineta, excelente, el aire acondicionado es antiguo pero cubre muy bien su función, no tiene tv, sin embargo hay tantas cosas que hacer que no hizo falta, hay una terraza maravillosa frente al mar, el cual es ideal para hacer snorkel, ( el equipo te lo prestan) no hay playa, el conjunto está muy cerca del centro de Cozumel. Volveríamos sin pensarlo dos veces.

Great condo on the beach

This is a gem! The condo is located right on the beach and provides you with your own private beach. Staying here made our family feel like it was secluded and far removed from the tourists. The kitchen comes stocked with food basics (eggs, bread, butter etc) and drinks that you pay a small fee if used. This was a great way to enjoy our time on the beach without having to leave to get meals or worry about getting showered and ready to go a breakfast buffet. But, walking to town to get a meal is just minutes away and there are many great restaurants available (try the ones off he beaten path instead of the restaurants aimed at tourists on the main drag). This location is quiet and peaceful and the views from the condo are amazing. There is a diving board and ladder right in front of the building to snorkel all day on your private area. There is snorkeling gear to use and the owner, Bill, owns a dive shop if that is your objective to being in Cozumel. The room is kept clean everyday - inside and out - and the staff is friendly and very helpful including providing flash-lit accompaniment to your condo door from the sidewalk on dark evenings. Neighboring iguanas are a bonus :)

Like a private beach house....

This small eight unit condominium is a no-frills, private get-away that is sure to please anyone trying to avoid the maddening crowds. All units are pure ocean view, from the living room to the bedroom. The kitchen is nicely equipped and stocked with groceries for purchase at a reasonable price. Some of the best snorkeling you'll find is right outside the door. From the private beach you can jump off the diving board into the ocean. (Or use the ladder if that's more your speed!) The staff (Sara is a gem!) will accommodate your needs and answer your questions. The second floor has a balcony, which we took advantage of nightly. There is daily maid service.
