"No information was given during check in about activities, food, drinks and didn't get our spa discount or 200.00 resort credit. Swim up bar is way to small for the amount of people that want to use it. Adult pool is also too small. Water was always everywhere and the tile is so slippery I slipped and fell twice. All the service employees were great and friendly. Restaurant hours are not very accommodating nor the bars. Menu changes for lunch and snacks are needed. Food and drink availability should be from morning to midnight. No hot tubs. This is not what we were expecting from an all inclusive resort. A real let down."

"I honestly love how beautiful the hotel is but it definitely needs some upgrades in some areas like the bathroom and room should have WiFi too. Food choices at the buffet and restaurant wasn’t good. Overall they are accommodating and staff are friendly and helpful and pleasant. Beautiful pool I will give a 8.5 overall rating."

"The property is spotless and I love the private setting with small villas and walking paths throughout. The food is great - thoroughly enjoyed the dinners and breakfast buffet - lots of options. The lunch buffet was just okay but the pop up food options at the poolside venue were awesome. The rooms are modest, but that was just fine."

"Overall not a bad place to stay for the price you pay. The location is across the street from the sea, but NOT on the sea. In Cozumel in general, in order to get in the water you either have to pay at a beach club (20$ entry fee) or find some suspicious other area that doesn’t have an entry fee. Therefore, choosing a hotel with beach/sea access would be a better choice if that’s what you plan to do in Cozumel. The room was clean. The balcony was okay, the view is the doors to other hotel rooms and a slither of sea if you don’t pay for the nicer room. 2 out of the 4 nights I was there, housekeeping took my used towels but did not give me new ones. I had to chase down housekeeping to give me clean towels- they were not that clean. The breakfast is okay for being free. There are some fruit, eggs, toast, coffee. A pitcher of water in the lobby. The pool is pretty small- about 3 feet deep and 10-13 feet long. The lounge chairs are nice. Upon losing my key card, one of the rather unkind women at the front desk told me it would be a 13 dollar fee. Never in my life staying at a hotel was there a fee for a lost key. Especially when that information wasn’t given upon check in. After asking for a towel for the lounge pool chair she made me give her a collateral so I’d return the towel. I will say one of the male staff was always kind and smiling. Otherwise the staff was kinda rude. After paying the hotel price, taxis, and food, it’s so much more worth it to stay at an all inclusive. "

"We absolutely love Fiesta Americana Cozumel! The staff truly goes above and beyond for an all inclusive resort. This keeps us coming back year after year. We cannot thank Arturo, Alejandra, Gabriel, Aaron, and Victor enough for making sure we had everything we needed to make the most of our stay. We were celebrating my fiances birthday on this trip and they went out of their way to make it a memorable day! This hotel offers incredible ocean view rooms, various restaurant options, multiple pools including a swim up bar, activities for kids and evening entertainment, and some of the best snorkeling. We cannot wait to return! "
