It was me and my husband first time in Mexico and it was amazing staying here! The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and had ac and ceiling fan. The entertainment was exciting, the drinks were fantastic! And the food was plentiful. Pools for days, bars for days and had it own private beach. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Place was nice... thats about it! Staff and service was poor. no hand towels, even when i requested. Food was always cold. Receptionist and bartenders just stood there while you waited on service, not acknowledging you.

My family and I had a great time at Allegro Conzumel. The entertainment staff JD, Diego, Jesus, and Abley were amazing. We usually don’t do activities when we travel but they were so engaging, respectful and professional towards everyone that even the oldest participated. Which they gave the nickname “abuela” she loved it! We definitely recommend visiting this resort!!
