"My husband and I came to Ocean Maya Royale for our babymoon and to celebrate our anniversary. We appreciated that the resort was quiet and we could relax. There were so many yummy non-alcoholic drink options for me. While the food portions at the Mexican and Italian restaurants were a little small, they were delicious; my favorite was the buffet and they had themed food every night. We enjoyed all the entertainment offered throughout the day. The staff were all so kind and accommodating. Our room and the beach were very clean and well maintained. Finally, we were easily able to order a safe a reliable cab to and from Playa Del Carmen. We would definitely stay here again! "

"Paola was wonderful and accommodating at check in. The food was fantastic and definitely the best part. Privilege is a must as you get access to the entire property. Butler service is nice as well. Definitely a worthwhile stay. "
