"It was absolutely breathtaking. There were so many things to do. The staff were very friendly. We were there for 5 days and we didn’t get a chance to explore all the hotel has to offer."

"The best part of the resort is the nature experience with the monkeys and iguanas. The food was satisfying. My only comment is that every other all inclusive resort I’ve been stayed at had a coffee shop included. It was a challenge to find good coffee."

"Best resort and service we’ve stayed at. We’ll definitely be returning."

"After a long day of travel, we finally get to the resort where we are shuffled back-and-forth like a herd of animals waiting in different lines. Check-in took over an hour, the staff could not get it together to get us our room keys and get us on a shuttle in a timely manner. They were asking stupid questions like what is our occupation and what is our yearly salary. Our very first morning there, 8 AM the phone rings, wakes us up, and they want to schedule our shuttle back to the airport. We...

"Todo estaba hermoso, pero la cama y las almohadas eran demasiado duras e incómodas"

"Nous avons passé un séjour formidable d'une dizaine de jours avec notre famille. Nous avons pu changer de restaurant tous les soirs pour varier les plaisir. Les enfants ont eu beaucoup de plaisir à voir les animaux se promener et profiter des trois piscines avec toboggans."

"The rooms were well maintained. Cleaning staff was on point daily! The wait staff and entertainment crew were 5 stars, fabulous!! The food was what you would expect from an all inclusive hotel. My only big complaint is the pool access. There was no easy way into and out of the pool for someone who is disabled(like I am)."

"The lack of a beach was extremely disappointing. We understand that "mother nature" was the reason, but we do wish that we had been informed beforehand that there was no beach. We had reserved a beachfront cabana, and those should not even have been listed as available. One of the main reasons we love Playa del Carmen is sitting on the beach, looking at the ocean, and going to swim and play in the ocean. We were able to access the ocean, but not on the Hyatt property. We are not happy about...

"Very nice place and friendly staff. Nice rooms and good food. Mixed drinks are a bit lacking."

"Big resort expect to do some walking. Nonetheless great place."

"It was wonderful!"

"Absolutely not worth it. The property is old and not well maintained. We were one of few families that got duped by this high rating on here and thought that this is going to be an excellent place to have vacation with kids but it turned out the opposite. Food is mediocre to okay for breakfast and lunch, then better for dinner. Something as basic as getting a proper espresso drink though was impossible. We’ve stayed at St Regis Kanai before this stay and it was absolutely stunning - so going...

"My husband and I were very happy with the service they provided for us. We also loved their food."

"Beautiful place"
