"I traveled with family and friends, and we really enjoyed our stay at Paradisus. The resort was excellent, with great customer service, a variety of food options and restaurants, and plenty of activities for kids. The only issue we experienced was the strong seaweed odor, which I understand is seasonal and beyond the resort's control. The staff worked hard to clean the beach every day, but unfortunately the beach remained closed and unusable during our stay. We also noticed coatis roaming around the property looking for food. They were not aggressive and did not bother anyone, but it was something I wasn't expecting. Overall, both of these concerns were related to nature and not the resort itself. We had a wonderful vacation and would recommend this resort to others."

"Loved most all the wildlife, the cenotes, and the natural jungle environment. The underground tunnels and suspension bridge are an excellent plus! The resort was undergoing a few renovations to restaurants during our stay but it didn’t negatively impact our stay. They may have also led to lower occupancy but this was probably an advantage for us. The food was good and the staff very helpful and friendly. The family rooms are big and clean! There are multiple pools, one quiet and one more centered around entertainment and group activities. The waterpark was fun for my 7-year-old. The nightly entertainment was great! This was the perfect blend of fun and nature and fit our families needs perfectly."
