The activities group is great and a lot of fun at the main pool. The golden pool has an amazing staff like Miguel. The rooms are clean, all staff is friendly and helpful! Selection of restaurants is great! The elevator in our building #1 didn’t work 98% of the time so walking to the third floor wasn’t fun multiple times a day.

Staff was absolutely outstanding. We did the snorkeling sea turtles excursion with the cenote cave swim the tour guide guides were very professional, and I highly recommend this excursion.
