"It’s a very nice secluded property you have access to all three resorts which is nice! They transport you via gold carts they offer a guided bike tour of Puerto Morelos which was really nice! It’s about 1hr away from Cancun. You can purchase tickets to different activities at the lobby area. The restaurants are very nice! Be sure to make reservations right away my favorite was the Italian. "

"I love this place, every staff is willing and happy for help. We had a bit of an unpleasant incident during stay, but the manager quickly solved it and sincerely apologized. Everyone works very hard and thank them for their efforts."

"We stayed at Dreams Natura on April 23-26 as a family with our toddler. We had a great time throughout our stay. Check-in: We were offered the ocean view as a VIP. They mentioned something about resort cash/coupon included with the VIP but it was all so unclear. It took a while for them to bring us to our room because there was a lack of communication between the staff. Room: We were in the 5th floor with an ocean view. We loved that it was right next to the elevator. They could not give us a king size so we had 2 double beds. Nevertheless, the beds were comfortable. Food: We thought the VIP room would have something special but the food was ok. There were nice comfy chairs and the AC was great. It's almost always empty so it's a nice quiet cool place to hang out. We tried to grill and the Italian restaurant. Both service were excellent. The food was good. We did not find the pizza and pasta dishes at the Italian restaurant appetizing. We enjoyed the food at the buffet more often. Overall, the resort was nice and it's very close to the airport. Pools are clean and our toddler enjoyed the kiddie pools. "

"Very clean resort. No eating at the pool which keeps birds away. Wait staff were always there taking orders. Never had to wait. Many restaurants to choose from. The only down side was the seaweed. They could clean the hat up better. "

"Lovely property with lots of activities and amazing pools. Near the Spa is the quiet area & lazy pool that loops around the property. Great for sunning on floats and keeping cool from the heat. Recommend the Spa for total relaxation. Will be back!"
