"Friendly and Professional staff. Staff was very accommodating. Excellent food (Time and Temperature well maintained) Pool was excellent also the option to eat at all three resorts. Easy 10 out 10. Highly recommended. Heads up, that rock climbing pool is very deep. Do hesitate, get your package and enjoy!!!"

"We stayed at Breathless Riviera Cancun for a week in July to celebrate my milestone birthday. We had a wonderful experience overall. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to Secrets Riviera, which was a quieter, more luxurious atmosphere while still giving us access to Breathless’ restaurants, entertainment, parties, and amenities, the best of both worlds. Our room was excellent, housekeeping was outstanding, and the mini fridge was restocked daily. The spacious waterfall shower and relaxing ocean views from the balcony were highlights. The fitness center was also well-maintained and I made sure to enjoy it almost everyday. Dining was one of the best parts of the trip. We tried nearly every restaurant (too many to name), but a French one called Coquette was our favorite. The food, service, and atmosphere were exceptional. The Sunset Sip & Paint event and Showstopper Theater performances were fun and worth the while. The main area for improvement is the nightlife. After Dark was small with limited music variety, and the Neon Party felt less interactive than expected. More themed activities, interactive entertainment, and varied DJs would make the nightlife even better. Overall, I had a memorable birthday vacation with beautiful accommodations, excellent dining, exceptional staff, and gorgeous ocean views. The complimentary Secrets upgrade made it even more special. We would definitely recommend the resort and consider returning!"

"Resort is Beautiful, However it is not Adults only! Don’t bother paying extra for the Diamond Club because you get nothing special access than anyone else! There are NOT 4 Diamond Club only restaurants kids can go to ALL restaurants, kids are around everywhere! Kids were at my Diamond club pool and jacuzzi horrible! I had dinner with screaming crying baby my first night. Most of the hotel restaurants and bars are open concept and Don’t have AC ,extremely hot! Food is not very good for what you would except it to be as a higher end hotel. The butlers were great, hamburgers at the food truck every day were excellent. All the staff was so nice except one rude guy at the casino horrible attitude 2 nights in a row , cocky , he charged us fees that weren’t there the day before, he tried to charge us to drinks at the bar saying it’s a cash bar he was no good! Stay away! You can’t go into the ocean it’s full of seaweed and all gross disgusting water . No one is even on it, such a shame."

"Great pools, loved the food court style lunch option. We were there in Aug so lots of sun beds and umbrellas were available. We were able to book à la carte every evening easily. Beach has brown water. Occasional bad smell. Only one pool has a swim up bar at the marina Easily was able to walk to all 3 resorts you get access to. Golf carts are quick and easy to catch a ride if you don’t want to walk."

"I stayed here for my birthday. The staff was amazing, they even brought me a cake and gave me a gift for my birthday. The room was so spacious and clean. Food was also really good and tons of options. Would definitely go back"
