"Fio made my husband’s and my experience truly unforgettable. Since it was our first time staying at a resort and visiting Cancun, she was so helpful and made everything easy and stress-free. She even helped us book a private dinner and answered every question we had along the way. She made the entire process seamless from start to finish. We will definitely be returning!"

"It's a very nice resort, very clean and most of the people who work there are very nice. I love that you can used the 3 resorts. When you check in, ask them to explain you where you can eat, what to do at lunch and if you don't have reservations for dinner where should you go. And to explain the map they give you when you check in."

"This trip was not that bad! It seemed like there was a lot of things to do, especially for children. The only problem was the music entertainment would start so late and the blasting through the night so the kids couldn’t sleep. Employees could do a lot better when it comes to allergens. Multiple servers did not care enough to figure out if there was cross contamination."

"This was my first time staying at this resort and I already want to come back. The food was so good everything other than the dessert selection was amazing! I wish i had more time to try all the restaurants. The property was so clean and well maintained, it seemed to be someone cleaning something the whole five days i was there. The staff were also so nice and helpful and I love how everyone spoke and asked if we needed anything. The drinks on the secrets side were better than the breathless side. Our room was also very clean and they took the time to organize the things we left out. We visited for our honeymoon and my birthday and we can’t wait to return."

"We love SID and have stayed here before. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and we’ve never had any complaints about our stay. The only downside is that they are always trying to sell you a timeshare. The constant sales pitches can make your vacation a little less relaxing and enjoyable. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay, and we would definitely come back."
