"Only complaints are when booking nothing was mentioned about the middle main pool being under renovations. When we were leaving they were beginning to fill it with water and the spa services are expensive with mediocre job. $165 for manicure FYI. Nothing special about the experience for that price. Besides those the staff is amazing"

"The property is easy to navigate which we appreciated. The room was clean and we loved the decor. The pool had many areas to enjoy and it was so pretty. We didn’t do our research because we thought there was a sandy beach area and there is not, but the property is so pretty that we didn’t mind. It was also a 15 min drive from the airport which was nice. Very relaxing and we will come back!"

"Had to upgrade $500 to see the ocean which was not beautiful. Food was inconsistent. Good some nights bad others. Restaurant service was excellent. Spa was great but costly. We are both handicapped and after upgrading we were put in a building with a huge pit covered with boards in front. So dangerous and we had to negotiate around it and could not be picked up at the door. Pool and room service were terrific. Overall, with all that, we had a great time."
