We stayed at this hotel with our family for 5 days, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The food was delicious with plenty of great options every day. Room service was excellent, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. Our entire family had an amazing experience, and we would definitely come back. If I had to rate this hotel from 1 to 10, I would give it an 11! Highly recommended

Everything was beautiful and clean. Staff were all lovely. The food was great, especially for an all inclusive. It was sometimes difficult to make reservations for the various restaurants. Make sure to bring enough cash for tips staff and taxi drivers. The hotel does not carry much cash for change.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the food was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The buffet was different for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the menu changed every day, which kept every meal interesting. The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout the resort, even on the beach, which was a pleasant surprise. The only small downside was that the kids' water park was a bit small. However, for adults, I highly recommend this hotel. Its location is fantastic—you can enjoy both beautiful sunrises and stunning sunsets every day, which made our stay even more memorable.

Beautiful resort inside and out. It is definitely an older building, but the interior is amazing. Aqua Marina was one of the best restaurants and overall food was okay. All the evening shows were great. Staffs are nice and very helpful. Quick room service and response to all the requests. I would recommend this resort!

This was a last minute trip but we were pleasantly surprised! The facility was lovely, beach was amazing, and food was good…and we can be picky about food. Noticed there was inconsistency with staff communication…for example booked a massage with a staff member but when I went to the spa for my appointment they had no record of it. But overall we were very happy and so surprised we were actually able to swim at a Cancun beach! Will def be back!

This place is so beautiful. I would 100% go back. The service was amazing, friendliest staff ever. Food was amazing. The bartenders were great. Loved this place so much, wish we would’ve extended our trip longer if I would’ve know how great this place was
