Iberostar Selection Riviera Cancún - All Inclusive

"My wife and I loved our time at Iberostar selection in Cancun. The food was great, swim up room was amazing, hospitality was great, pools/bars/ and restaurants were great. The beach was the only small let down. Lots of seaweed in the water and it was a small beach but we were still able to find a lounger or Bali bed everyday we were there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone."

"I had a wonderful time at this beautiful resort. The older lady at the gift shop was rude (my biggest complaint). More premium liquors at the bars and restaurants would be great."

"We had an overall enjoyable stay at this all-inclusive resort. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The resort itself was clean and well maintained, and we thought the food was good with plenty of options to choose from. There were a couple of downsides that affected our experience. We had ants in our room, which was disappointing and definitely something that should be addressed. The biggest issue for us was the amount of sargassum/seagrass along the shoreline. Unfortunately, it made the beach pretty much unusable during our stay, which was disappointing since enjoying the beach was something we were really looking forward to. Overall, we still had a nice stay and appreciated the friendly staff, cleanliness of the resort, and good food. With better pest control in the rooms and improved management of the seaweed along the beach, the experience would have been much better."

"We paid for the Premium package. Little to no real benefit over the regular package so dont waste your money. Their Hyatt members club seemed to get more perks. Rooms were not so clean for various rooms in our group. In our case, the cleaner left us with 4 used rolls of toilet paper rather than just giving us 2 new full rolls. Decorative pillows on the bed smelled real awful. We asked them to fix these things and they did. Restaurants were easy to get into , some requiring wait times based on foot traffic but all was well. Food was great even in the buffet. The Resort goes death at 1 am when the club/bar closes off. So no more drinks after 1 am. Only food after that time is from.rokm service which we tried once and waiting 2 hours when the shut down the buffer and Mexican restaurant for that Sunday night. Many customers were pi**ed as the only option for most to east dinner was via room service. Staff kept trying to sell us into their Hyatt membership by visiting their new Resort- Natura. Not an issue but they kept showing why its more superior to the one we booked. The people were mostly warm, and helpful. Some needed better training. Resort was beautiful, especially the infinity pool with the bar and amazing ocean view."
