Great room with excellent features, amazing view, clean, large, awesome. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The offerings were excellent. Food was good (leaned a bit towards the bland side -- and getting a table at the al a carte restaurants was very confusing.) My review would have been five star, but I had to wait an hour and a half for my room. This did not start the trip out well.

Staff courteous and accommodating. I could have given 5 stars but our room had no hot water. Complained about it but nothing was done. Also water leak in bathroom floor. Advised housekeeping but nothing was done. Restaurant food and service was excellent!

Our stay was enjoyable. The entertainment staff was amazing. The only downside was the painting around the pool during our stay. I am not sure why this was done during one of the busiest parts of the season. It was inconvenient not to have ample seating every day because of the painting.

We just returned from an incredible 5-day family stay at this resort in Cancun, and it exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious with so many great options—every meal felt like a treat. The pool amenities were outstanding and perfect for both kids and adults, giving us plenty of space to relax and have fun together. The beach was stunning: beautiful, clean, and exactly what you dream of when you think of Cancun. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the people. Every single staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their hospitality made us feel welcomed and taken care of the entire time. We had the best family time, made wonderful memories, and couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. We will 100% be coming back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for the perfect Cancun getaway! 🌴✨

This was our 1st time at the Dream Jade. The facilities were nice, the food was very good, the staff was amazing. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and my B-Day, and they made us feel welcomed and appreciated.

I love our room, and the view. Our room has jacuzzi overlooking the pool and the beach. Staff is very friendly.I love that the outdoor pool is heated. You can order food delivered to your room. The kids enjoyed the activities and amenities as well. They clean the beach early, so sargassum is gone before we walk the beach. I love Coco Cafe, it's open 24 hours for snacks and non alcoholic drinks, love my dalgona coffee hot or iced. Restaurants has good food. This resort is busy with weddings. We were there for 7 nights and we seen 8 weddings all thru the week. Definitely recommend the resort.
