The staff for the events at pool was amazing and fun. Mar and her team were the best! They got you involved and made sure you were having fun! The staff at the property all around was nice, hospitable, and willing to help with anything.

My third time here. The staff at the resort is great Reselly at portofino is an awesome server She went above and beyond. Alberto in the buffet restaurant is also awesome saw us waiting and already had coffee and juice in the table waiting for us. Truly missed Jose at the adult pool he has a great personality and always attentive. Plan on going back next year hoping Jose will be back at that pool.

The hotel was a short drive from the airport. I loved the nature paths to the rooms, as well as the big pool with enough space for everyone. The resort never felt crowded. The food options were great. Despite being an all-inclusive, the drinks were actually good. Also very family friendly!

This was a beautiful resort. However, the beach was going to be my favorite part but the seaweed on the beach was AWFUL and the smell was worse. We paid for an upgrade for ocean view but the beach smelled and we couldn't even walk on it. It's not the resorts fault but it was disappointing.

We mentioned during the checking that we are VIP. We do not received any VIP access. I have a neuropathy and mention to the person during the checking because own room was very far to walk. He did not care. Very arrogant. The area is far, no elevators, and dark during the night. The place need to improve especially the desk employees

I booked through Expedia as a VIP. I emailed them asking for early check in and a room upgrade twice because they sent me three emails stating they would discount a room upgrade by 25% and early check in at 7 am for $100. We get to the hotel at 12:15 pm and we got none of that. We went to eat and walked around and then came back. Still no room. I told them I didn't need a room upgrade, we just wanted to get in the room. Their check-in starts at 3 pm and our room was finally ready at 2:45 pm. Not good service. The "upgrade" was a view of a building and a few trees. It was the very furthest building from the amenities and I had two children with me so it was super inconvenient.

Absolutely amazing service and communication. The transportation was easy and very good at communicating. Everyone was on top of it and very happy. Only thing: DONT DRINK THE WATER

We enjoyed our stay in the Indigo Preferred section of the property. We especially enjoyed the Indigo Preferred rooftop pool. We did not like the Preferred level pool as much as it was back off the beach and there was no breeze. Food overall was very good and we never had to wait long for a table. The Preferred Lounge area was a great place to go for bites to eat from morning to night and had a nice bar. We would definitely visit this resort again.

Another great stay at the Dreams Sapphire. This resort ticks so many boxes. It’s not overly large, easy to get around, lovely pool and beach, good food, awesome lobby bar, excellent drinks and lovely staff. It’s definitely showing it’s age in some areas of the resort.
