"Property was beautiful great staff attentive ,nice pool was great my room was amazing we had our own private pool they cleaned it everyday the only thing was most restaurants were either closed or renovations were being done not much food options they need to fix that but overall great stay"

"Pros- I liked that everything was walking distance and close by. Food was decent. I liked that there seemed to always be something open where you can grab food. Drinks were ok. Very friendly staff. The buffet had good choices in regards to food. Cons- beach definitely not swimming condition due to all the seaweed. The Japanese and Chinese restaurant was closed 2 of 7 days. They weren't able to accommodate our group of 8 even though we requested reservations the minute we arrived on resort and stayed four days. It was off season and there was definitely not a large crowd so I'm not sure what they couldn't get us in. This was the only restaurant that required reservations. Service for dinner was pretty slow even though there were not a lot of people."

"It was a great experience. The most friendly staff I’ve experienced at an all inclusive. The food was good in the restaurants, but a little slow. The buffet was excellent. Room service was great service, but terrible food. Super expensive. Don’t forget your sunblock. I spent $35 on sunblock. Markup higher than I’ve ever seen and I travel a lot. Beautiful spa, but terrible pedicure. The massage was really good though and the ambiance was even better. Do a package of you go. I think some of the event staff were a little low energy compared to my previous experiences but it was still a lot of fun and a great overall experience. I would travel here again."

"I had an EXCELLENT 4 day stay. The staff was pleasant, all-inclusive amenities were great, and my room was spacious. I had a junior suite and it was like being in a small apartment. I was impressed with the views as well. I have already rebooked for next year!"
