"The pool is excellent, the hotel every morning stinks from the beach. You cannot swim in the beach is so stinky. You guys do something tovnake the beach better. Make time to clean it, so stinky so dirty. We love the beach. I mean we go there and have vacation because of the beach. You can fine pool everywhere, i mean beach is more inportant i guess."

"Pros: Food is amazing!! Property feels safe, tranquil and very relaxing. Cenote room is private and very unique. Grounds are fun to walk and well taken care of. The spa was nice even if you don’t pay for a treatment. Cons: Room could’ve been cleaner. No dinning options with A/C. Facilities are showing age. Beach not good; rocks hiding underwater. Gift shop wants $37 dollars for a normal sized sunscreen. I went across the street and got two for $34. "
