"This was our first time to Mexico and we were both a bit nervous about leaving the U.S. however, we both felt completely safe at this resort! The food was incredible and there were many options. The service was TOP NOTCH!!! Everyone was extremely kind and made sure our stay was nothing short of perfect! So many pools to lay out at or the beach depending on if you would like to have a quiet area vs music and events. Thank you for an incredible honeymoon!! We will definitely be back! "

"Pros: trees, animals, pools, staff, large property, lobby décor, direct access to Xcaret park (great perk!), large dining buffet areas, drinks, family friendliness, room size Cons: salesy concierges in the buildings is annoying, food is "ok" but not great, room bathrooms could use some TLC/improvements, power was out for 1-2 hours at a time, hot water was out for a while too. Overall: I'd say it's a good value for the money spent! Kids loved it! Having the room that included unlimited Xcaret access was a bonus, as we went there 4 days on that alone."

"All of the workers we encountered were extra friendly and always offering to assist. Seemed like regardless of where we were the staff would make sure we did not need anything more. A good variety of dining options as well. We ordered room service for breakfast about everyday which was included in our plan (not sure if that was just for preferred members). The room service option was also available at night which gave us more comfort in trying a dish we may normally not try. Overall it was an amazing experience!"
