"This is a gorgeous resort., the architecture on their buildings are stunning. We had a partial ocean view, which was lovely and overlooked the property and part of the ocean. The restaurants are all top-notch and the food is excellent. The entertainment around the pool is fun and the service there is excellent too. Enjoyed our five days thoroughly and we will be back. "

"Always a quiet and relaxing experience at pasión. I’ve been coming here for 2 years and I have no reason to try something else… Saturday night might get a bit rowdy with the music but hey that’s part of playa.. also, heater broke but I didn’t care for hot water anyways.. they were working on it but then I left.. cheers and I’ll be back "

"I absolutely love the Wyndham Alltra and return every year the last four years. The location is unbeatable, clean rooms, chill vibe with the right amount of party. We absolutely adore the staff! Jesus the bartender and Jesus the server , David, Ariande, Sebastian, Carlos and Marianna, plus others have always made our trip unforgettable!!! Can’t wait to go back and might have to make it a two time trip per year. I absolutely recommend this resort hands down and won’t even bother looking for another location. "

"We stayed in the superior loft. Upon arriving everything was clean and tidy. We had everything we needed. We didn’t notice much sounds in the supiorior loft as we were tucked away at the concern of the hallway. The pool area was lovely, however the only this was we had to constantly chase the sun as it moved throughout the day:/ the layout was meh. We actually had to move rooms as we extended our stay. We moved into a smaller room which we actually loved more. There was more light, bigger deck and instead of cement we had glass railing, which allowed more natural light into the space. The only thing we noticed about moving to a new room was the noise. It was a bit louder but we brought a sounds machine with us so that helped:) Really enjoyed. Would come back!"

"Room was outdated but ok. TO BE CLEAR THERE IS NO BEACH ACCESS. IT IS A SMALL SAND AREA AND BEACH CHAIRS IN FRONT OF FISHING BOATS. POOL IS COLD AND CANT BE USED AFTER 8PM. THERE IS NO PARKING AND IF YOU WANT TO PARK YOUR CAR THERE YOU HAVE TO PAY THE METER, IT DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO PAY MORE THAN 6 HR AT A TIME AND IF YOU ADD MONEY IT DOES NOT EXTEND THE TIME IT STARTS OVER. THEY LOCKED MY WHEEL DESPITE PAYING TWICE AND IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE TO GET IT OFF. ALSO THE STAFF I BELIEVE TIPS OFF PARKING BECAUSE THEY ARE IN ON IT TOO. I WOULD HAVE MISSED MY FLIGHT WITH MY TWO KIDS IF IT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED A DAY LATER. IT TOOK UP MY WHOLE DAY JUST TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET THE WHEEL LOCK OFF. THERE IS AN APP BUT IT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR ACTUAL USE UNLESS YOU HAVE A MEXICAN NUMBER AND EVEN THEN A MEXICAN NATIONAL TOLD ME IT DOESN'T WORK. BE WARNED ABOUT THE PLACE. "
