Very convenient property right to the corner on 5 ta ave, coco bongo, fine restaurants and closer to the beach as well, i little annoyed clubs are closer but they provide some help to sleep well, the lady was so helpful and friendly, the cleaner lady was amazing u highly recommended this property, parking is on the street and is MX$10 i would suggest then to provide welcome water

Loved this hotel. It was very clean, the AC worked perfectly, and there was always plenty of hot water. They even provide organic shampoo. The hotel has a lovely tropical feel, almost like staying in a little jungle. The location is excellent, right in the middle of Quinta Avenida, with Starbucks next door. The ADO station is only about a 6–7 minute walk away, and Walmart is also just a few minutes away. The Wi-Fi was very good, and they gave me the safe key without charging extra. There is some noise from the nearby bars, but it did not bother me, and the hotel provides earplugs. Mary and Micaela at reception were both very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would happily bring my family next time.

Ac was good there was no breakfast at the hotel but it's so close to so many good restaurants if u stand a little bit of noise at night because it's rite off 5 th ave party central it's a 10 out a 10

The place was very clean and kept up. The staff were great, so friendly and helpful. Its on a small road near shops, bars and food. Less than a block from the main walking area (5th st i believe). To me the place had an authentic Mexican vibe to it that i was looking for. Not a corporation hotel, upper end mom and pop. Very happy with it and will stay there again.

So good i re-booked and extended my trip. It’s so affordable, the rooms are clean, the staff are amazing, it’s 3 minutes walk from the beach, right downtown. The pool is stunning, the service was great, I felt like at Rome. 20/10

Rooms are well maintained, brand new appliance(s), clean. Receptionist were all friendly. Just some confusion, as one of them allowed us to swim on the pool with no hour restriction as long as we will be quiet, while one of them asked us to leave the pool and we were given 5 minutes, because according to him the pool closes at 8.

Had a great experience at this hotel. I travelled alone and felt safe and comfortable at all times. The location of the hotel is excellent, everything you need is walking distance from Kinbe. Steps from the beach. Breakfast place, pharmacy and gellato right in front. Best tacos 3 minutes away. Yoga studio 5 minutes away. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Great staff. Great service. Very clean. Just be aware I was on the second floor and there is no elevator. A great location. Kate at night You can hear the music from 5th avenue but the air conditioner cut out most of the sound.

I had a very nice time at Kinbe Hotel. All three staff who worked the desk went out of their way to make me feel extra welcome. They showed me around the hotel including the pool which is quite deep (a bonus!). The shower amenities include organic shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer. The Air conditioning kept the room nice and cool. I ended up switching rooms because I needed a larger work space for my paperwork, and the manager was so accommodating to my request. The fridge's all had stocked mini bars in them with price cards which made purchasing a beverage convenient. A safe was in each room. And all rooms have mounted smart TVs. One of the closest locations you can get to the beach! Ear plugs were in room for those who dont like the noise of 5th Ave. And most important of all, I have to give an extra thanks to the housekeeper who came running out with my phone after I checked out! I so appreciate the honesty of the staff! Thank you for a memorable stay! Lastly: location, location, location! Just cant be beat!!!! Everything is in walking distance! Beaches, shopping, restaurants, pharmacies, circleK, starbucks, 5th Avenue, You name it! Will definitely be back! Thank you again!

Everything from the lobby to the rooms and common areas is inviting and thoughtfully designed. 🌺 The staff truly made my stay exceptional. They were all incredibly friendly, warm, welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. 💗 A special thank you to MERY, ANA, VICTOR and MANOLO — you four were amazing! You went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine care made a big difference and didn’t go unnoticed. The location is perfect — just steps from the beach and a short walk to 5th Avenue, restaurants, shops and everything Playa del Carmen has to offer. 🌴 I highly recommend Kinbe Playa del Carmen and can’t wait to return! 💙
