"Hay animalitos libres y ese concepto me encanta, el personal muy atento, está super cerca de Xcaret y se puede ir caminando, en trajinera o en bus interno, variedad de restaurantes con comida exquisita. El único detalle a tomar en cuenta es que ofrecen de forma persistente membresías y tiempo compartido que puede llegar a incomodar. Por lo demás me encantó el hotel y volvería sin dudarlo"

"From the first step onto the property you’re welcome to paradise with warm smiles and cold glasses of fresh juices. Very helpful staff they make sure you don’t ever have to want for anything they’ll take your bags, so you can go right into enjoying the property. There’s everything you need and the food was so tasty. Rooms are super clean and continuously stocked with towels and drinks in the mini bar. My husband and I had a swim up suite which was the best amenity; waking up just to open our patio and take a dip whenever. So many pools and activities to do while you’re there. There’s lots of wildlife on the resort which was also really cool. Even on my birthday they had a special pastry waiting for me in my room to surprise me I felt like royalty. The only thing wrong is my stay went too quickly because of all the fun and enjoyment I’ve had. Next time I visit I’ll most definitely will stay at Princess that’s exactly how I felt here."

"Had a really great time. We did have a list of things that we found to be a little aggravating. When we arrived, we were giving a “map” but it was difficult to navigate, they didn’t tell us about the app either, I just figured it out. No one also explained the difference between our booking and booking in the artistas building. I also didn’t know that so much was closed on a Sunday but that’s my fault. And the worst part of our trip was the NOISE. Out side our room, at all hours of the early morning staff was so loud and I swear moving furniture around, there’s a cart of glasses and water and it’s LOUD. They also knocked on our door no less than 3 times each morning just asking if we need anything. Other than that it was great! Staff was very nice and friendly and food and drinks were great. Despite what I listed above we’d happily book again"

Paradisus Playa del Carmen – Riviera Maya - All Inclusive

"We just returned from an incredible 8-night stay at this resort, and it is easily one of the best we have experienced. The dining was fantastic; the buffet selection was particularly impressive, actually surpassing the quality of several a la carte restaurants. The staff was exceptional, ensuring our drinks were always refilled and providing top-tier service throughout our stay. Our room was kept immaculately clean by housekeeping, and the pool areas were well-maintained and enjoyable. While there was some sargassum on the beach, we understand that is out of the resort's control and didn't detract from our overall satisfaction. We already look forward to returning in the near future. If you are on the fence about booking this resort, definitely go for it—we are so glad we did!"

"Overall, we had a fantastic family vacation at the Nickelodeon Resort Cancun. The resort is beautiful, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The water park, pools, and character experiences were absolutely worth it—our kids had the time of their lives, and there was always something fun to do. The standout surprise was the sit-down restaurants. Every meal we had there was excellent, with great service and delicious food. They definitely exceeded our expectations. The only downside was the buffet. While it offered plenty of variety, the quality and flavor just didn't compare to the à la carte restaurants. It wasn't terrible, but it was the weakest part of an otherwise amazing stay. Overall, we had an incredible experience and would absolutely recommend the resort to families with young kids. If the buffet were improved, it would easily be a perfect vacation destination."

Valentin Imperial Rivera Maya All Inclusive - Adults Only

"This is the 5th different all inclusive resort I’ve been to in Mexico and I will never try another. The Valentin Imperial will be my new “home away from home.” Everything was perfect. The ONLY recommendation I would have is to add a few fans for light air flow in non-air conditioned restaurants."
