"The property is amazing, great plant life and animals life. It is well cared for. The staff at the resort are super helpful and friendly. Roman at the pool snack bar went above and beyond everyday. Russell in the Oriental restaurant was great. The pool bar featured three amazing bartenders - Victor, Jose, and Selma. Our cleaner for the week was Consuela. She did an awesome job and helped out with a problem I had, which she was able to solve. Thank you to all staff which defiantly made the stay great. Food was OK, we found items that we liked at each meal, but it underwhelming. The room was great. The pools were amazingly clean and refreshing. "

"Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres was a 10/10! The rooftop plunge pool room was amazing, the beach was beautiful, and the service was top notch. HIGHLY recommend the French restaurant for dining. All of the food was delicious and plentiful, but the Bistro was absolutely incredible. We will definitely go back to Majestic Elegance! "

"Great all-inclusive experience overall. Staff was very friendly and focused on customer service. Room was spacious, spotless and comfortable, but a bit weird with tub in the middle of the room and even shower room requires you to dry and dress in the main room. There was also nighttime street/traffic noise. The food was abundant. Quality was good, but not extraordinary. Pools and pool area were great- no issues getting a chair under the shades. A wide variety of fun activities. There was not evening entertainment every night during the stay. "
