"The room was clean and most things were fine (hot water not consistent and wrong wifi password given in the room though) and Ana was nice, but overall our check-in was difficult. The neighborhood seemed unsafe to arrive to at night and no one was there to let us in when we arrived (we only got in thanks to another traveler). Apparently Ana was supposed to come meet us at the time of our arrival, but we were never asked beforehand for that information and didn't know there would be no reception....

"The casa Lus is a lovely little hotel. We had a beautiful Balcony with lots of chairs and loungers.The room had a fridge and a microwave. There was a lovely area to lay in the sun and watch the ocean . There was a beach club Casa del Mar was located close by where you can order drinks and delicious Mexican food. "It was nice having a pool and a refrigerator. The air conditioner didn't cool our room to the degree we set it. A gym on the next street plays loud music in the morning. Although the staff is pleasant and most speak English, sometimes no one is around and the water is often empty.
