"Warning! Don’t book this place. My reservation got cancelled on the day I was scheduled to check in. The listing states that I will get instructions by email 48 hours before check in. I didn’t get any email and I got anxious when I didn’t get any instructions. I noticed the contact number provided was INVALID. The number was listed us 55555, a fake number. This host obviously doesn’t want anyone to call him/her for information/confirmation/questions. In the afternoon of the day, I got a message...

"Close to everything you need. Excellent restaurants and nightlife within walking distance. A little loud as it's right on 5th Avenue but we got used to it. "

"Good location and good amenities. We had a few cockroaches in the bathroom and the walls are paper thin. "

"We booked this property as it was listed with 3 bathrooms. One was completely used for storage, so we made the best of it. The grounds, pool, beach and staff were all great! We would stay again and any issue that came up, outside of the few small ants, was resolved. Thanks!"

"The apartment was clean but in one of the rooms the air condition was broke the property management wasn’t very helpful at first we have book a 3 bedroom and they wanted to give us a 2 bedroom and finally they give us the 3 bedroom in the 6th floor and the elevador was broke I have knee problem so I have to think about to go out it wasn’t the vacation I was expected with the stair"

"We have stayed in this unit at Casita Blanca twice now, and will no doubt do it again. The unit is spacious and perfect for family hangouts. The beds are comfortable and there is lots of space for everyone. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need to make meals. The view of the sunrise over the ocean in the morning is gorgeous, and the walk into town for dinner or groceries is an easy one. Communication with the management team is quick and helpful."
