"Everything was perfect, just wish there was more nightlife."

"A beautiful resort with amazing staff. My fiancé and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and had an amazing time. There were a lot of people our age (mid-to-late twenties) and just enough to do to keep us going. The smell in the area was a bit unpleasant, but not enough to warrant a lower score, given the staff's attentiveness and the resort's beauty. Make sure to bring bug spray, though! Lots of pesky mosquitoes."

"I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very expensive. The rooms were spacious housekeeping, clean the rooms consistently. The food was good. The drinks were good. I will absolutely be returning to this hotel next year."

"We had an excellent time at Sunscape All-Inclusive Resort. It was our first trip with our baby and cannot speak highly enough of how the staff were so accommodating and friendly. Always there to help with a high chair and had a crib ready for us with fresh sheets each day. The resort is easily accessible with a stroller and easy to get around. The food was excellent! We loved the various restaurants, especially Azul, On Sunset and Viaggio. You can tell how much care the staff take looking after the property. Everywhere you go on the resort is clean. It’s evident the staff truly care and would highly recommend to anyone with little ones. No matter who you ran into in the halls, around the pool or in restaurants, all staff were so kind. Special thanks to Cesar at the front desk, Martin at Azul restaurant (and coconut drink designs by the pool) and Jose at the bar. These three gentleman truly made us feel at home. "

"My wife and I loved our 3 night stay in late September. Being a family resort, this time of year was perfect to get some relaxing time without having to go to an adult-only resort. Our room was very modern, clean, and spacious. We had a partial ocean view which was much better than we saw on other reviews. Buffet food was decent, but lacked more beef options. We also liked the Asian and Italian restaurants — the Mexican was okay. We didn’t try the other restaurants. Staff was very welcoming, but front desk had a slight bit of an arrogant tone. We’re very happy we chose this hotel."
