"The resort is very clean and staff very attentive. Palazzo had the best food of all of the restaurants. If you want a chair by the pool you’ll need to get up by 7am to fight for one though. They sit all day with towels on them. Would definitely return, however I’d ask for a first floor room. We were on the third floor which equates to four flights of stairs and there are no elevators available. "
