We were supposed to stay at Yucatán but they updated us to Palace Mexico. PalaceQuiet , very clean resort with very friendly staff. Amazing views. They do a great job keeping the seaweed cleaned up. Food at buffet is average .

Our stay was very nice in RIU Yucatan, food is good however there is some room for improvement: Shortage of personnel in restaurants make the service slow. The hotel is old and need some updates in bedrooms furniture. Pool borders need repair. Also water filters may need some maintenance, water specially in pool bar looks dirty, one time it had to be closed due to dirty water.

The food was excellent! The staff were amazing very kind. The beaches were so clean and overall an amazing spot to get away with family. There also was very cute animals like the Mexican racoon being one Can't wait to come back again 😀

The property is a bit dated, but very clean, amazing staff. We enjoyed the beach and pool activities. Check in and out was easy. The only complaint is people saving chairs at the pool and not showing up until late in the day.
